    “Eat what you want to become.”

    I ate less starch, and more meat. (To become more like meat, hard and solid.)

    I ate less processed food and more fresh vegetables. (To become more natural.)

    I drink less soda and more water. (To flow more like the earth.

    I feel better, look better and this totally rocks!

  2. as for me, i really agree with the water regimen..ans as an additional, try to limit your evening intake and munch up all throughout the day instead of eating too much at night.

    You are what you eat. Eat what you want to be.

    My mentor always says, eat what your totem eats.

    My totem is a lion, I eat meat.

    (And some vegetables. I like deer too.)
