If you are looking for a new health drink then look no further than cranberry juice. These fruits are so jam packed with vitamins, minerals and healthy acids that there are a large number of cranberry juice benefits.
Most fruit drinks are healthy but cranberry juice is one of the most popular for dealing with a number of problems and I would like to tell you about a couple of them here.

Cranberry juice contains hippuric acid. This is ideal to help prevent infection in the bladder because it increases the acid in your urine and that helps to break down any bacteria that may be gathering.

This is something that everyone needs to be aware of and should try their best to keep the levels under control. Within the body there are two main types of cholesterol and they are HDL otherwise known as good cholesterol and LDL which is bad.
Drinking cranberry juice regularly can help to increase your HDL and reduce your LDL and just in case you are not sure why its good to have low cholesterol levels it simply means your system is more clean and your heart doesn’t have to work as hard.
So there you have three quick fire reasons why you should consider cranberry juice as part of your diet. I mean, don’t go out to the shops and stock up the fridge with the stuff. You only have to pick up some at the supermarket next time you’re there.
