Hi Stacey,

The first thing would be to cut out all sugary foods. With a lot of clients of mine, I ask them if they want to lose the stomach fat fast, try and eat as close to the ground as possible. For example, eat plenty of vegetables, lean meats and fish, nuts and seeds, fruits and healthy fats.

One of my clients followed this and lost 2.5% bodyfat in 5 weeks and has a super flat stomach now.

I have found that this post and supporting comments are very interesting. To my knowledge, this is a solid web site to locate info on issues such as natural health. Can someone here tell me where to find more detailed posts on this subject, though? Much appreciated!
