<p>Amino acids are organic acids that come from protein. When we eat protein containing products such as meat, our body breaks down the protein so it can be digested in a simpler form. This is the amino acid.</p>
<p>Amino acids are colorless and are tiny crystalline substances that are soluble in water and are easily diffusible. When we have amino acids in our body, this means that our body can break down the protein we take.</p>
<p>Amino acids serve a good purpose in our body. <p>Take a Break</p>
<p>You need to try and get away as much as possible for a short break perhaps once every other month, even if you cannot afford to go away you should still take a few days off.<span id="more-504"></span> Sometimes the body just needs a recharge. If you need help on choosing what days to take off, take them around a weekend so the body has longer to charge up.</p>
</p>
<p>Sick</p>
<p>Not taking a break will make you very will and this is even more so if you are working for more than five days in a row, this is what I have been doing. You need to be careful when it comes to things like this because missing work because of illness means you are going to miss work anyway so there is no point in the overtime.</p>
</p>
<p>Get People To Help</p>
<p>If you are struggling with life the one thing you need to make sure you do is ask for help if you do not do this you will find life to just get harder and harder.</p>
</p>
<p>Taking It Out On People</p>
<p>You will start taking things out on people that you really care about if you do not ask for help and this is not good for anyone so if you need it please just make sure you ask for help.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1 at the age of 12 I thought it was the end of the world, I was not a big kid and I certainly very rarely suffered with illness but it would seem that somehow an infection had managed to get into the pancreas and completely stopped it from working, at least, that is why they thought I had received the disease. Usually it would have been put down to someone else in the family tree having the disease but not this time, it would seem I am the only one to ever have gotten it.</p>

<p>So at this age I really did feel like it was the very end of the world?<span id="more-500"></span> The worst thing about this was that I had no idea what Diabetes was and to be honest I don&#8217;t think I would today if I didn&#8217;t have the disease, I almost slipped into a coma because the doctor didn&#8217;t know what was wrong. The thing is, it took a good few months of me getting used to having it before I was told I could get back to doing some sports again. Once people get to this stage you will find that a lot of diabetics will simply give up and not want to do any exercise at all because they are perhaps scared or just damn lazy.</p>
</p>
<p>Surely exercising is just going to make the blood sugars fall?? Well yes they are, unless you handle it right. Make sure that you take a couple of sugar tablets before you do all of your exercises and you should actually be fine. Another option is to have something to eat before you go out and play a sport, I used to have a sandwich beforehand.</p>
</p>
